Tenants
PH4L is currently taking all tenant referrals for both singles and couples with no dependants and families. It will be a requirement that any referrals will be asked to provide certain references. This will normally be a past landlord reference and employer reference.
Any prospective tenant with a history of anti-social behaviour or rent arrears will be considered on their individual circumstances. MORE...
